## What we do

The Sustainable Business Game: students manage a virtual company in teams where environmental, social and governance (ESG) decisions are part of the core strategy. Faculty create a session, students log in with a Faculty Code and play from any browser — no installation. The PariocAI assistant coaches students during the simulation, so professors can focus on high-value mentoring. Multiple economic scenarios, several languages and accounting systems, difficulty levels from first-year students to PhD.

- Academic Version: turnkey business simulation for universities and business schools. Multiple scenarios, training modules and video tutorials, easy to run for professors and students.
- Executive / Premium Version: fully customizable and scalable — no team limits, no player limits. Custom case studies can be co-developed. Designed for Executive MBA programs and management competitions (e.g. the management tournament covered by the TV channel Guyane 1ere).
- 4Good Version: the same software, free of charge for NGOs and community training centers, with specific case studies on micro-business and development.

## History

Founded in March 2020 during the first covid-19 lockdown by a team passionate about educational technology. First live simulation on November 22, 2021 at the DUT Techniques de Commercialisation, IUT de Kourou (Universite de Guyane), French Guiana. Continuous development driven by feedback from players and professors.
